Our story begins in the property management and rental management world, where we spent years coordinating multiple vendors and contractors. Managing timelines, costs, and quality across different providers was a full-time project management job in itself. We asked ourselves: what if we could bring it all under one roof? Fortress Facility Solutions was born—designed to simplify property care, control quality, and keep costs predictable for our clients.

As one of the original founder of Axiom Management, he built a reputation for reliability, quality service, and deep community trust—values that now carry forward through Fortress Facilities Solutions. With years of hands-on experience in property systems, maintenance coordination, and customer service, Luke ensures every client receives prompt communication and dependable follow-through. Whether managing properties, coordinating seasonal crews, or overseeing large-scale facility projects, Luke’s local insight and operational expertise keep Fortress running with true hometown precision.
Sunshine Fister, CPA (Inactive), CIA, CFE, FCPA, CICA, CMCA
Head of Finance, Compliance and Admin
Sunshine Fister is a seasoned Risk/SOX Manager (US Bank, Uber, Transamerica, UnitedHealth Group, Ernst and Young) with over 20 years of experience in global risk management, internal controls, and fraud investigations, complemented by strong entrepreneurial acumen. Sunshine is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Certified Internal Auditor (CIA), Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE), Forensic CPA (FCPA) and Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA). Sunshine has worked with companies from startups to Fortune 500 corporations, specializing in optimizing internal controls and driving compliance. Her expertise in accounting, risk management, and process improvement has been instrumental in scaling the business. Sunshine applies the same strategic and disciplined approach at her businesses- overseeing operations, finances, and long-term growth, ensuring the business thrives while adapting to market challenges. Her entrepreneurial spirit and deep financial knowledge drive both innovation and profitability in all her ventures.
